
The HOA Board
The Windsor West HOA is governed by elected board members who must act in the best interests of the homeowner’s association. These volunteers manage the business affairs of the HOA and help enforce the protective covenants.
Three (3) Board members (elected annually and 1-year terms) work together to resolve complaints or concerns as they relate to the protective covenants, coordinate care of community green space (common areas); serve as a resource for neighborhood information; and represent the HOA as needed.

Interested in running for the Board?
Board of Directors shall be elected at each annual meeting and shall hold office for a term of one (1) year or until their successors have been duly elected and qualified. The Board is composed of three persons as determined by the homeowners at the annual meeting (or via proxy if you are unable to attend meeting in person). Notice is provide to homeowners 30 days in advance of the annual meeting to nominate yourself to be a candidate on the next calendar year Board of Directors ballot.
