About Windsor West
Windsor West is a thriving, single-family residential subdivision located on the east side of Iowa City.
Windsor West development consists of three (3) Parts, 96 lots, and it sits on the former Fairview Golf Course.
Construction on the first home within Windsor West began in 2006.
Part One: Lots 1 through 37
Part Two: Lots 38 through 71
Part Three: Lots 72 through 96
Bylaws were developed and the homeowners association was incorporated in 2006 (Arlington-Development). On June 29, 2021 the homeowners association was turned over to the homeowners from Arlington-Development.
